Questions
Do I need the Luna Money app?
No. Luna Academy is open to everyone. Luna Money users get progress synced automatically.
How do workshops work?
Monthly live sessions via Google Meet with in-person options. The 12 BFI workshops plus seasonal topics.
Can I suggest topics?
Yes. Community members request topics. We teach what you need.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime through the "Manage membership" link or your Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final — no refunds for partial months, missed sessions, rescheduled sessions, or early cancellation. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, but payments already made are not refunded. See our Terms for the full policy.
What if I miss a session?
Attendance is your responsibility. We don't issue credits, refunds, or make-up sessions for missed workshops, regardless of reason. If a recurring conflict comes up, request a topic for a future workshop in the community.
How do I get the link for members-only sessions?
Members-only session links are shared in the private members WhatsApp community. Free sessions (Q&A and Luna 101) have their links visible right on the calendar above — anyone can join those.
Do I have to join the WhatsApp community?
It's optional, but strongly recommended — that's where members-only session links and announcements go. You can leave the WhatsApp group anytime without affecting your membership, and you can also stay a member without joining WhatsApp (you'll just need to request links from us directly).
What if a session gets rescheduled?
Sessions can occasionally be moved due to illness or scheduling. We notify members in the WhatsApp group as far in advance as possible. Rescheduled sessions are not refundable.
