1. Purpose & Mission

Luna Wealth Club exists to create a safe, judgment-free space where women and supportive allies can:

• Share experiences and knowledge
• Build confidence in money management
• Support each other's financial journeys
• Access educational resources

2. Community Rules

Zero Tolerance Policies

The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the community:

• No judgment: Any form of financial shaming or judgment of another member's situation
• No screenshots: Taking or sharing screenshots of community discussions without explicit permission
• No sales or MLMs: Promoting products, services, multi-level marketing, or pyramid schemes
• No harassment: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior

Community Standards

• Respect everyone's financial journey - we all start somewhere
• Share experiences, not professional advice
• Celebrate all wins, regardless of size
• Keep discussions confidential
• Support without comparing

3. Educational Content Only

What We Provide

• General financial education and concepts
• Behavioral finance insights
• Educational resources and tools
• Peer experiences and support
• Q&A sessions (10 AM - 3 PM daily)

What We DON'T Provide

• Professional financial advice
• Tax preparation or CPA services
• Certified Financial Planning (CFP)
• Investment recommendations
• Legal counsel
• Personalized financial strategies

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

What's shared in Luna Wealth Club stays in Luna Wealth Club. Members agree to:

• Never share another member's personal information or financial details
• Not screenshot or record discussions without permission
• Respect the vulnerability required to discuss finances
• Maintain confidentiality even after leaving the community

5. Participation Guidelines

Q&A Sessions (10 AM - 3 PM Daily)

• Ask any financial education question
• Share what has worked for you (not as advice)
• Respect the moderator's educational role
• Understand responses are educational, not personalized advice

General Participation

• Support is available 24/7 through peer interactions
• Share wins of any size
• Ask questions without shame
• Offer encouragement to others

7. Enforcement & Violations

We maintain a safe space through consistent enforcement:

• First violation of non-zero tolerance rules: Private warning
• Second violation: 48-hour suspension
• Third violation: Permanent removal
• Zero tolerance violations: Immediate permanent removal

All enforcement decisions are final. We prioritize community safety over individual participation.

By participating in Luna Wealth Club, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All content is educational and not professional advice
• OS Financial LLC is not liable for financial decisions you make
• Peer experiences shared are individual and may not apply to your situation
• You are responsible for consulting professionals for personalized advice
